Vinita Jayant is the director of product development at Henry Rose.

She loved fragrances from a young age and often raided her mom’s collection of perfumes as a child.

Vinita has always believed in safety first, with a goal of developing safe products for all. With her background as a pharmacist, she quickly changed her path to cosmetics because of her love of beauty. She has a master’s in cosmetic science at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has worked in the beauty industry for over 12 years.

Vinita worked in research and innovation as a chemist at L’Oreal before embracing her love for safe cosmetics at Juice Beauty. She is currently at Henry Rose, where she has worked for 4 years.
